I’m just coming to the end of a 9 session block of therapy to help with weight loss. Thanks to Dan, after struggling with weight loss all my adult life, I really do feel “I’ve got this”. The combination of advice, talking therapy and hypnotherapy has finally got me on the road to sustainable healthy eating. The therapy has resulted in steady weight loss over the last couple of months. More importantly it has given me a positive attitude to diet and exercise which will be essential for me to reach my ultimate goal of achieving a healthy weight for life.

I went to see Dan to stop smoking. I was quite sceptical but tried every other way. Dan put me at ease straight away and I decided to do the six sessions. I had my last one on Friday. I am 4 weeks without a cigarette and have been around people who smoke and have no inclination to. Thank you Dan forever grateful.

I first went to see Dan 5 years ago after life dealt a fairly big life changing curve ball. I was not in a good place and could not see a way forward. Dan showed kindness, compassion and complete empathy. He was able to see past my pain, injuries and fears and show me I could do exactly that too. He gave me strategies to help when I was struggling and back up downloads to keep me calm and relaxed when anxiety wanted to take hold.
I can honestly say I would not be the person I am today without this extraordinary man’s help. I have achieved far more than I thought possible 5 years ago, without his therapy and strategies I would probably be indoors fearful of going out and living a life. But today I really am loving life again and living the dream. Although life has changed I know “I’ve got this” because Dans wonderful calming voice is in my head, when I need it to be telling me I absolutely have.

Almost daily I had been listening to the free hypnosis download on Dan’s website. I started playing this at bedtime during lockdown.
I was curious to see if it helped me get to sleep quicker, I have restless leg syndrome which often left me fidgety and unsettled in the evenings, along with my racing mind I was finding it hard to switch off and get to sleep.
I can honestly say , I have rarely made it to the end of the audio as 9/10 I am asleep before it finishes , it only lasts around 17 minutes, so i must be drifting off super quickly!
I had listened to it so often I found myself saying the words before Dan did , I knew it almost word for word so I thought I would try one of the other audios.
I viewed the website and decided to go with the creating calm audio. It’s very similar in content and again it’s working it’s magic as I haven’t yet made it to the end! It relaxes me so much and I drift off into a deep sleep in no time.
My eleven year old often listens to it too and it helps her also.
If you haven’t tried Dan’s audios I highly recommend you do, for just £3.99 this was definitely money well spent!

I have waited a few months to leave this review. The sessions at the time I had with Dan were greatly beneficial but I wanted to make sure that I came away with skills that I could use by myself at home alone. Over 3 months later I am still doing well, the skills and techniques Dan taught me have had a significant benefit on my daily life and i has them often. I would highly recommend Dan!

Before I started working with Dan last year I had spent 6-7 years crippled with depression, anxiety and agoraphobia that impacted my life. I lacked self-esteem from living most of my life in fight or flight mode or experiencing domestic violence. Back in 2006 I got in a pretty bad car crash where I fractured my pelvis, that resulted in me losing my unborn child. For 16 years I had a huge fear of driving. Now it’s 2023 and I’ve taken my theory & started driving lessons! It’s honestly something I never thought would be possible for me.
When I first met Dan I let other peoples opinions of me influence how I felt about myself. I was always in my head overthinking and hating who I was. Since working with Dan I’ve had the courage to moved house to a busy city! Which is insane as I was antisocial & loved the quiet countryside. I actually socialise again and am involved in a couple of my local churches. I’ve become more self assured and less hard on myself. I no longer stew on negative thoughts about myself. I’ve even become more confident showing my face and talking on social media.
Dan as person is super lovely, sweet and attentive. He has such an uplifting voice and calm energy about him. I feel safe and at ease in his company. I honestly recommend him to everyone I can who confides in me that they are struggling. I’m so glad I was open minded to the experience and got the results I wanted. I will also note, with how my mindset is wired, I didn’t see instant results like some others, for me it was gradual over time and now I’m thriving.
