To be honest, I have never felt better. I now feel strong and able enough to put things into perspective.
I no longer tend to reflect on things like I used to, and if I do it’s normally short lived and doesn’t produce a bad feeling; I don’t tend to worry over meetings with people; I don’t worry what people think and if I am worried about soemthing it is now short lived; I don’t mind going out places on my own and I tend to find that I don’t upset myself when I’m on my own. Thank you very much, you’ve been a great help.
With Daniel’s help I can now approach my problems with a totally different attitude and feel much happier and more confident. I have lost nearly a stone and a half in weight and have dropped a dress size. I have more energy and more control over my eating so that I can easily say ‘no’ if I’m not hungry.
Everything has gone really well after the last session and I feel a lot more in control of my drinking.
Dan has worked wonders in helping me make sense of my own reactions to events. With his help I have overcome self-doubts which were making it very difficult for me to make rational, objective decisions about my career. I find his understanding of how the human mind works quite incredible, with his continuing help I no longer think I can achieve things, I know I can achieve them. Thanks Dan!
It’s now been 4 months since I saw Dan and although there are some minor cravings I am still cigarette free and not on any Nicotine Replacement products. Dan has given me the belief and the willpower too overcome this habit that I indulged in for nearly 30 years.
I drove my first long distance for two years this past weekend, since getting behind the wheel again and it was in the heavy rain on a motorway and your relaxation tips helped me greatly. Thanks again. It was 9 yrs since I’d been that way!
I wrote in my last testimonial about Dan helping me get back in to my running and that I had entered myself into a 10k run. Well I did it! I had such an amazing day. My time was better than I had predicted as well.
Dan helped me visualize running to that finishing line and boy did I do it in style!! I threw my arms in the air and yelled out “yahoo!” This feeling of achievement will stay with me forever. I am now looking forward to entering myself in another 10k soon. Thank you Dan…
