In this video, Heather describes how Dan Regan Hypnotherapy helped to end her needle phobia:
Hi Dan, wanted to say a big thank you. I am using your Anxiety No More toolkit repeatedly to help with my anxiety. It works, I am now doing things that are way out of my comfort zone, like making a short video for my business and actually sharing it he he….
After 39 years of dreading anything to do with needles, injections and especially fearing having to have a blood test I am very happy to have finally overcome this stressful and embarrassing problem!
I had previously visited 3 other hypnotherapists (unsuccessfully) over the years to get over the totally irrational faints and vomiting that would happen every time in the past I’d had to have vaccinations.
However, this morning I calmly went for my first ever blood test feeling relaxed, confident and able and to do this. Even with nearly an hours wait (that would have had me in bits before) I didn’t have any of the old nerves, nausea or fainting and just chatted through the whole procedure. The only rush I felt was when I realised I’d done it!
Thank you Dan you have helped me where others have failed to!
In this video, Laura describes how working with Dan helped her increase her confidence and motivation playing football:
Feedback from Facebook:
Very helpful and understanding. Really helped me overcome some difficult times.
Your Anxiety No More book and audios really helped me. I have never been much good at following coping strategies before but yours has really helped me. I am more relaxed than ever and I believe that it is your help and guidance that has helped me to relax and as a result I am pregnant with my 2nd baby.
In this video, Sarah describes how she overcame her driving anxiety to pass her driving test:
After being a smoker for 30 years it was a breath of fresh air to meet Dan and follow through with the consultation and procedures to help me stop smoking a big thank you Dan . Regards Nigel
This man is amazing! He helped me so much when I had really bad eating issues due to chemotherapy and the shock of a terminal cancer diagnosis. He made me love food again and more importantly, love myself more. I’m still having treatment and will be a 3 year survivor in December. Don’t think that would be happening if not for Dan. YOU are awesome! xxx
It was difficult picking a category for all the things Dan helped with! Last year I’d been made redundant and suffered a close family bereavement – both of which left me depressed and low in confidence. At the point I decided to get help through hypnotherapy I was, after several months of ‘hiding out’ from the world, needing to apply for jobs but felt very anxious at the prospect and my confidence really was at rock-bottom. Part of this was due to a recent diagnosis that confirmed suspected borderline Asperger’s Syndrome. Things like the breathing & ‘walking tall’ techniques that Dan taught me, together with the hypnotism itself, were of immense help in keeping me calm in the run-up to and during the interview for the job I eventually got. Hole in one! Having got that sorted out, the remainder of my 6 sessions concentrated on weight loss and my inability to stick at things I knew were right for me, such as the 5:2 diet. I am even more delighted with the results of this, as I haven’t once craved the calorie-laden sugary foods that I would often fell prey to on a regular basis. Also, the over-eating of ‘normal’ foods is a thing of the past. The weight is steadily decreasing at a healthy rate. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results that Dan instigated through hypnotherapy & good advice and would encourage anyone to take the plunge.
