I decided to try Hypnosis for personal reasons and having never used this form of therapy before but armed with the understanding Dan has been working in Ely area for years and has a solid reputation, I simply cannot recommend Dan enough.
Dan is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled professional.
He has worked to alleviate my mindset which has been stressed and exhausted for a long time.
Not knowing what to expect and slightly dubious, hypnotherapy has proved the most effective, worthy and beneficial experience.
Not only being a great hypnotherapist, Dan also has a wealth of insight and ideas to manage situations outside of ‘being under’. These suggestions too have proved especially useful.
I am really pleasantly surprised and impressed at how quickly the process began to work, retraining my brain to dissipate negativity.
It is such a relief to just feel calm again and although my sessions have ended, it is reassuring to know that hypnosis works for me.
I trust Dan implicitly and the results from the therapy have been truly welcomed.

Having gone through a Liver Transplant I was experiencing stress and anxiety, so in order to alleviate this I started investigating hypnosis and found Dan Regan Hypnotherapy. So glad I did. After six 1hr sessions, which were amazing, I felt a new person and would highly recommend the services Dan can provide and considering the benefit, the cost was very reasonable.

It was recommended (by Dan) that I listen to it prior to booked sessions, for familiarity purposes.
I have found it incredibly beneficial in terms of calming my thoughts and emotions.

First went to Dan 5 years ago and he helped me with IBS anxiety with regards to daily tasks, after 6 sessions the improvement in me was unbelievable, my daily activities became no longer a stress and something I looked forward to, like school runs, shopping etc. I’ve recently visited Dan again to help with low mood and health anxiety, once again he’s reminded me of techniques to use and how to manage my daily life, this time only needing 2 sessions.
