I came to Dan through a very sudden impulse call one day when I was struggling a lot of anxiety and confidence issues in my day to day life. Hypnotherapy was new to me but Dan was incredibly helpful at easing me into the experience. Social Anxiety Hypnotherapy
I came to Dan as I had been suffering from anxiety for a long time and really wanted to address it. My anxiety was at its worst in social situations, mostly in bigger groups where I didn’t know everybody. After nine sessions with Dan I feel a lot better; I can deal with these situations more easily now and don’t waste my time worrying about what people might think of me. Dan is very good at what he does, he is a very calm and understanding person that puts you at ease quickly and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone that has some issues to work through.
