I was recommended to Dan from a friend. I have had very bad anxiety and depression over the past four years. This coupled with being over weight and then eating when feeling down.

I have had four sessions so far with Dan. I have booked nine altogether to allow him help me deal with my issues. During my sessions, I have found Dan not just being very professional but also, a great guy to speak with. Dan provides sessions to download for you use at home in your own time. He will also provide ways of coping with issues as he has done for me.

In summary, although, I still have several sessions to go, I have been able to see changes in myself.

I am able to control my anxiety better with the tools provided by Dan and if depressed, again using the tools provided helps me to address the depression and return to being myself. Lastly, I am glad to say, I have lost some weight. I am wearing shorts that i purchased before meeting Dan, that now fit me.
