Overcoming Fear of Spiders

My name is Donna. I contacted Dan, Autumn last year with regards to my completely and utterly irrational fear of spiders.

I couldn’t even say the word spiders when I contacted him but within a couple of sessions I was able to discuss and talk about my feelings and feel much much better about it.

And after six sessions, basically cured. I can now put a glass over a spider and put it outside and that was absolutely unheard of before my sessions with Dan.
