I no longer tend to reflect on things like I used to, and if I do it’s normally short lived and doesn’t produce a bad feeling; I don’t tend to worry over meetings with people; I don’t worry what people think and if I am worried about soemthing it is now short lived; I don’t mind going out places on my own and I tend to find that I don’t upset myself when I’m on my own.
