I promised to let you know how the travelling went – you know how much I was dreading it! The difference was AMAZING! I really find the strategies and techniques a huge help and used the methods during take-off, turbulence and landing – on both flights. I even managed to look through the window before we took off on the return flight, as I unfortunately had a window seat!
All in all, I was so pleased with the outcome and it was the best travel experience I can remember, insomuch as I didn’t feel nauseas at all! Even when the pilot mentioned turbulence, I managed to concentrate on my techniques.
The improvement, from how I was, to how I am now, has been nothing short of incredible – thank you.
