No Thanks, I Don’t Smoke…
Congratulations on becoming one of the thousands of people who used to smoke and who no longer do.
To support you in being free of smoking here are a few reminders of the things we discussed at the session:
- RAPID RELAXATION – download my relaxation hypnosis MP3 by entering your details on the right hand sde of this page.
- SELF HYPNOSIS – use this technique at least twice a day to re-enforce how good it feels to be free of smoking. The steps are set out here.
- REASONS LIST – keep your list of reasons to not smoke with you at all times so you can look over it to recharge your motivation.
- MAKE CHANGES – remember the importance of routine to how habits work and make sure you implement the changes to your routine in your every day life.
