Anxiety Patterns Hypnotherapy in Ely
if you’re struggling with anxiety and panic and worry, what you want you to keep in your mind today is, it’s just this thought, that all that means is that at some point in your life you learnt unhelpful thinking processes and unhelpful feeling processes about whatever it is you’re anxious about.
At some point, whether some experience where they’ve just got inside your head, sometimes maybe you just found yourself doing it and then we just, because we’re creatures of habit, pattern and repetition, it just repeats and repeats. You have thoughts about stuff before you’re even aware. You feel feel anxious around it, you go there it confirms it, you avoid things and all those other things that kind of fold in and create that kind of ongoing life cycle of feeling anxious and panicky about a particular thing.
So what I want you to keep in mind today is those are, those are learned things and because they’re learned you can unlearn them. You can find different ways of orchestrating your thoughts, dealing with the kind of things in your mind, your thinking patterns, your expectations, your imagination, the things you say to yourself, your beliefs, expectations, all those things can be altered.
Now, you might need a little help to do that but I really want you to keep in mind today, all it means is you’ve learned unhelpful ways of doing things. And so it’s possible for you to undo that learning. Whether you think of it as learning new patterns, it’s very possible. I want you to keep the hope, the belief, that expectation, that knowing you’re not broken, you’re not, you know nothing wrong with you, it’s not that you’re not good enough, it’s not that you’re not capable.
All it means is you’ve just got these patterns and your mind repeats them. So you can unlearn them and soon you’ll find yourself then feeling calm, feeling more confident, feeling happier and then able to get on with life in a way that pleases you, dealing with whatever comes your way and just knowing that whatever happens, you’ll be okay, you’ll handle it, you’ll get through it, you’ll be okay and feeling better and better in yourself with these new patterns.
