Winner for Service Excellence at Ely Business Awards 2023!! Hypnotherapy in Ely and Newmarket

Wow! What a week that was! As well as donating blood, working with some fantastic clients, receiving a whole load of awesome reviews and managing to complete a fourteen mile run as part of my ultra marathon training, I also attended the SME Ely Business Awards ceremony at The Maltings, here in Ely.

It was an absolutely fantastic evening spent alongside the best of businesses in the Ely area. And I’m delighted to let you know that I was the Silver Winner of the Service Excellence at the awards! I’m absolutely delighted with this as the standard of businesses short listed in this category was exceptional. A huge thank you to you for your ongoing support and encouragement that allows me to keep on helping so many people with issues such as anxiety and low self-esteem.

The Service Excellence award is all about giving outstanding assistance and advice to people who use my products and services so I’m delighted with that. Of course, testimonials and reviews form a large part of that so thanks again to everyone who continues to submit such positive reviews about their hypnotherapy sessions!

Having missed the awards ceremony last year due to a family member being rushed to hospital on the day, it was fantastic to be there in person to accept my award. My wife and I had a great night celebrating with some lovely people on our table form Whitings accountants and Kings school.

And it marked a pretty special (and possibly unique!) hat trick for me personally, having also successfully taken an award for Service Excellence in 2021 and 2022 too!

In recent years I’ve been fortunate enough to win the silver award for Service Excellence (2021), the gold award for Service Excellence (2022) and to be shortlisted in the same category at the National Awards last year (2022).

It really was a fantastic event!

A huge thank you to the three hundred plus of my clients who have kindly shared such positive feedback after their hypnotherapy sessions with me (you can take a scroll through them here: Dan Regan Hypnotherapy Testimonials) and who continue to tirelessly recommend me to friends, colleagues and family.

On a more sober note, recently I was alerted to a hypnotherapist in the area who appears to be loading their Google listing with reviews that are not from customers. I’ve spoken to, trained with and communicated with hundreds of hypnotherapists over the years and I believe that the vast majority have immense integrity and are very professional in what they do. We all strive to continue to help people and raise standards within the profession. It saddens me to find a local hypnotherapist who is undermining trust in what we do and essentially seeking to mislead often vulnerable people with mental health needs in their chase for profit. I urge you to be diligent in who you work with if you are seeking help for your mental health issue.
