I first went to see Dan 5 years ago after life dealt a fairly big life changing curve ball. I was not in a good place and could not see a way forward. Dan showed kindness, compassion and complete empathy. He was able to see past my pain, injuries and fears and show me I could do exactly that too. He gave me strategies to help when I was struggling and back up downloads to keep me calm and relaxed when anxiety wanted to take hold.
I can honestly say I would not be the person I am today without this extraordinary man’s help. I have achieved far more than I thought possible 5 years ago, without his therapy and strategies I would probably be indoors fearful of going out and living a life. But today I really am loving life again and living the dream. Although life has changed I know “I’ve got this” because Dans wonderful calming voice is in my head, when I need it to be telling me I absolutely have.
