Overthinking Hypnotherapy

Hello, it’s Dan here. I hope you’re good. If, like me, you have a natural tendency sometimes for a bit of overthinking, sometimes your mind kind of imagines things, running away, then you need to have very good kind of daily habits and strategies for managing what’s going on inside of your own head.

And my number one piece of advice for you today is to just get out for a 10-15 minute walk every day. It’s to literally just put down everything, get out and find a window in your day to get out and get moving. And I think it’s particularly important at the moment. We’ve got Christmas coming up, all the demands of that, the cold weather doesn’t help, a lot of people the dark nights, the cost of living, there’s a whole load of stuff that we can very easily add to stress and worry and overthinking.

But getting out means that you get to release some of that physical tension. You get outside of your head you can learn stuff around you ideally. I don’t know if you can see where I am, you can get out in nature. We know that helps even more and really you need to adopt, find that, find that window in your day. Adopt healthy habits and just make it a part of what you do and I think you’ll find as you do that cumulatively, you’ll just get the benefit it’s of it.

Certainly one of the best strategies that I adopt, getting out helps you manage overthinking and stress and the worry and you’ll feel better as a result. So as you look through your day today, find that window. Get out there, ideally in daylight, ideally if the sun’s out, love it, you can get out in nature even better. 10 15 minutes, it really is valuable for your mental health and I think you’ll feel better as a result of doing it and let me know how you get on.
