After a difficult period in my life I decided to seek help with living life with a more positive mindset and learning to let go and enjoy my day to day life more rather than always waiting for things to go wrong.
Dan is very easy to talk to. I’ve always had an issue with low self esteem which has affected my ability to maintain friendships and be the person I want to be. With Dans help I am learning to silence the little voice that holds me back and appreciate the good things in my life right now and I’m looking forward to being happier, more sociable and less critical of myself in the coming months.
I have signed up to the streaming service and find the audios invaluable for just taking a little time for myself each day.
