I have waited a few months to leave this review. The sessions at the time I had with Dan were greatly beneficial but I wanted to make sure that I came away with skills that I could use by myself at home alone. Over 3 months later I am still doing well, the skills and techniques Dan taught me have had a significant benefit on my daily life and i has them often. I would highly recommend Dan!
