I met Dan about 8 years ago, I was about to take part in my first ever CrossFit competition, the nerves were crippling! I had 3 session and at the end of the sessions not only did I compete but I drove myself to Manchester and did the comp on my own. No support crew! I was still nervous but it didn’t stop me getting out there and giving it a really good go! I bumped into Dan a few weeks ago and it reminded me how far I’ve come! Thank you Dan for all the help!
