Late Cancellation and Missed Appointments

I know that from time to time, life intervenes and you may need to re-arrange a new date for your appointment.

However, where less than 24 hours notice if provided, it is unlikely to be possible to use your appointment to help someone else. That means the full session fee will be incurred.
