Hi my name’s Alice. I came to see Dan because I was suffering with severe anxiety. It was really distressing for me and it was taking over my life.

Dan was really helpful and I’ve never seen anyone like this before but he put a lot of confidence in myself and I felt like he was very easy to talk to. He also combined some therapy to help me with my fear of flying which is something I’ve had for several years but I’ve always had to sort of push through and this summer was the first time I took a flight and I wasn’t sort of petrified.

I have so much confidence in Dan that I’ve actually booked more sessions with him to quit smoking and I’m really excited to see the results.

I would really recommend Dan as he is just so lovely and really helpful.
