Practice becoming more aware of your thoughts. Tune into your own self-talk regularly throughout your day. Notice what you are telling yourself and how you say it.
Then START changing what you say – be kind to yourself, remind yourself you are doing OK and start becoming your own strongest supporter.
You may be surprised at how good you start feeling.
