One Thing I Learned About Confidence
When my confidence was low, I assumed other people had something I didn’t.
I thought confident people were simply born that way and that I was always destined to be less confident.
What I eventually realised was that much of what I called low confidence was actually anxiety, self-doubt and fear of judgement.
As those things reduced, confidence started appearing naturally.
This is something I now see regularly in the people I help across Ely and Newmarket.
