Hi, my name’s Ness and I came to hypnotherapy in Ely to help with anxiety, stress and my overthinking.
Dan’s been brilliant. He’s actually very caring and considerate. I’m not too sure how he does it but the result for me has been very, very good. It has been brilliant. I’m a lot more relaxed, I don’t tend to overthink things quite so much any more, and if I do, then I do have the strategies and tools to enable me to stop myself.
In general I’m a lot happier, I’m a lot calmer and I would thoroughly recommend Dan should you be suffering in this way or in any way at all.
