Many people struggle with a lack of confidence that lasts for years. It may have been something that you’ve experienced since childhood and that has just seemingly become part of who you are. Perhaps you were bullied or criticised and that negative criticism and blaming got internalised and became habitual. There may have been times you were mocked or negatively judged by others and that fear of making mistakes or failing has become a pattern.
