I have been using this download regularly to address my anxiety and it has helped me incredibly in making me feel so much calmer . I have been seeing Dan for a few months now to address travel anxiety issues predominantly which has affected me with my own driving , being a passenger and most recently flying too. I use this download in conjunction with the morning hypnosis download and it is absolutely incredible and I even used it just before the flight and my troubled state of mind was really calmed and I was able to cope with the flight in a much more calm manner than any of my previous flights even to the point of looking out the window and enjoying the views at certain parts of the flight !!!!
